2. Have you chosen a new number?

Did you choose a new number when ordering? Then you can use the SIM card as soon as you receive it. Follow these steps:

  • Turn off your device
     

  • Insert the new SIM card
     

  • Turn on your phone (you don't need a pincode)
     

  • Wait until you see the network appear

This may take a few minutes.

3. Do you want to keep your current number?

Transfer date and number porting

5. When does your contract start?
