Want to know what a plan with Ben costs and which bundles you can choose? Below you'll read how Ben's bundles are structured and what to look out for when choosing the right bundle size.
Ben's bundles in a nutshell
Ben offers Sim Only bundles with data options that roughly range from small bundles to around 40GB. With each bundle, you choose between 200 calling minutes and texts, or unlimited calling and texting within the Netherlands. 5G is included as standard with all bundles.
What does a Ben plan cost roughly?
Ben's prices usually range from about €7.50 to €15 per month, depending on the chosen data bundle and whether you add unlimited calling and texting. This is an estimate based on several independent provider comparisons; the exact current prices and bundle sizes change regularly and couldn't be directly verified on ben.nl (the website can't be automatically searched). Always check the current rates on ben.nl or via Welli before making a choice.
Adjust your bundle for free every month
One of the practical advantages of Ben is that you can adjust your data bundle up or down for free every month. If your data usage varies significantly from one month to the next (for example due to a holiday or a busy work period), you won't be stuck with a bundle that's too big or too small.
Unlimited calling and texting: needed or not?
If you call and text only a little, the 200-minutes-and-texts option is often sufficient and cheaper. If you call a lot, for example for work or to keep in regular contact with family, the unlimited option is quickly worth it to avoid going over your bundle.
How do you choose the right bundle size?
Look at your average monthly data usage over the past few months (you can check this via your current provider's app) and add a margin on top. Because Ben lets you adjust your bundle for free every month, you don't need to pick the biggest bundle right away 'just to be safe' — you can easily scale up whenever necessary.
