Can I call for free with Simpel?
Yes, as long as you stay within your bundle, calling with Simpel is free. Are you out of minutes? Then you pay the standard rate. Calling customer service costs nothing extra, and via WhatsApp or the app you can also contact them for free. When abroad, roaming charges may apply.
Why doesn't Simpel have unlimited internet?
Simpel does not offer unlimited internet because they are a budget provider. When they want to offer additional services it will affect the prices of the bundles.
Does Simpel have a 5G network?
Yes, since May 2024, 5G is included as standard with all Simpel contracts. You don't have to activate anything and there are no additional charges. Simpel uses Odido's network, with nationwide coverage and speeds up to 150 Mbit/s. Outside the Netherlands you use 4G or 3G.
